Welcome back to another very special SPOOK-ISODE of Nic, Tys and Videotape!! This week, we're celebrating a very spooky and creepy date, a date that this year, happens to be occurring during the most ghoulish month of them all, October! That's right! Today is FRIDAY the 13th!! And to celebrate, we're looking at the classic horror film that will forever send a chill down the spines of camp councelors the world over... Can you guess what we're talking about?!?! I mean... it's obviously FRIDAY THE 13TH! Did you think it would be anything else? That's just silly.
ALSO! We get just a smidge of non-horror related discussion in Talkin' Trailers, Nic gives us his impression of a film that has divided critics and audiences alike in What Did You Watch This Week?, and we reassess an underrated sequel to a 90's horror staple in Crossing The Streams!

It's our special Spook-isode edition of the segment that gives you two movies for the price of one, "Everything Old Is New Again", where we take a look at a remake AND the original that inspired it. And if there was ever a genre that has been flooded with remakes, it's horror, so we really had plenty to choose from. What did we decide on??? The John Carpenter directed atmospheric ghost story THE FOG, released in 1980, and the 2005 remake, from a guy that directed some music videos for M.C. Hammer.
