Welcome back to a very exciting episode of Nic, Tys and Videotape!!! This week, we're looking at one of our all-time favourites, a film that has helped shape our taste in movies since that first fateful day we laid eyes on it, through the crack of the living room door while we were pretending to be asleep... it's ROBOCOP! We love this movie, and so should you. We talk ultra-violence and social satire, we talk stop-motion special effects, prosthetic heads and humanising robots, and we try our best to limit the amount of times we make the same "buy that for a dollar" joke.
BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE! Tys gets all pumped up for the continuation of perhaps his favourite film franchise in Talkin' Trailers, Nic talks film scores in What Did You Watch This Week? and we both recommend some underrated gems in our Crossing The Streams segment.
